Here’s what I learn today:
Everyone has a dream, but most are not strong enough to follow it. You need agency: initiative, bravery and strategy.
Initiative: start small. Get the ball rolling. It won’t be perfect. Learn and grow better.
Bravery: introduce yourself. Don’t hide behind the keyboard. Show what you offer. Embrace the criticism. Be honest and listen.
Strategy: think and do. Make plan. Produce something. Evaluate and adjust.
Success is not guaranteed. But without agency you don’t deserve it.
